General Terms and Conditions of Use
General Terms of Use for the "animestitch.com" Online Store
This document contains the General Terms and Conditions of the contract for the use of services provided by GARGA ROSHAVA LTD to the users of the online store "animestitch.com" and governs the relationship between GARGA ROSHAVA LTD and the store's users.
To place an order, every client is obliged to familiarize themselves with this information and agree to these terms. In addition to the points described in this section, the conditions include all technical, logistical, financial, and legal matters described throughout the Policy sections of the website.
PART ONE – General Terms for Users
By registering or ordering in the "animestitch.com" electronic store, users agree to the general terms set out below for the services provided by the company GARGA ROSHAVA LTD.

Part One of these terms applies to anyone who registers and uses the services provided by GARGA ROSHAVA LTD via the website "animestitch.com".

Part Two applies to users who wish for GARGA ROSHAVA LTD to manufacture an item based on the product catalogue or a custom design.
By accepting these terms, users who have registered a username and password explicitly agree that the Personal Data provided by them (including the chosen username and password) may be processed by animestitch.com electronically for the delivery of ordered goods or services.
GARGA ROSHAVA LTD is not held liable for images, photos, or any other objects on the site falling under patent and copyright protection that are provided by users of the "animestitch.com" website. We request that rights holders regarding materials provided by our users notify us promptly by presenting the necessary evidence, after which such materials will be removed from the website.
GARGA ROSHAVA LTD reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
PART TWO – General Terms Related to the Manufacture of Products

The Contractor under the manufacturing contract is the company GARGA ROSHAVA LTD, UIC: 207858288, with its registered office and management address at: Sofia, "Ovcha Kupel 2" district, bl. 41A, fl. 14, ap. 60.

The Client is any person registered in the "animestitch.com" online store managed by the Contractor, who has placed a valid order by filling out a request, and may be subsequently confirmed by telephone.

The Online Store is the website with the domain "animestitch.com", owned by the Contractor.
Subject of the Contract: The manufacture of Embroidery on an item selected from the catalog.

Items: The items on which embroidery can be produced are exhaustively listed by size, color, and type in the relevant section of the online store. These are provided by the Contractor, and their cost is included in the total value of the contract.

Customization: Any custom or customizable item ordered by the client is based on the client's project. The online store has a catalog of items from which the client can choose, or a design provided by the client, or a design created by the Contractor based on client request and negotiation.

Lead Time: The Contractor undertakes to begin the assigned work within 14 business days from the conclusion of this contract. Delivery is based on each item individually and explicitly written in the product description.

Pricing: The price of the finished product is calculated automatically via an algorithm provided by the Contractor and Platform; the final price is provided to the user upon completion of the order form.

Payment Methods: By express consent of the client via advance payment in a manner agreed upon by the parties.

Delivery: Delivery is carried out via a courier company, solely to the locations specified in the order form. The Contractor is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

Conclusion of Contract: The order contract is considered concluded from the moment the request is confirmed by order placement, generating the legal consequences provided for by European legislation, as well as the following rights and obligations:
Rights and Obligations of the Contractor

The Contractor undertakes to perform the embroidery on the item selected by the client for remuneration, under the terms and conditions of this contract.

The Contractor reserves the right to calculate the final price via the algorithm provided in the online store.
Rights and Obligations of the Client

The Client has the right to receive the embroidered item manufactured according to their project under the terms of this contract.

The Client undertakes to pay the price they agreed to upon confirming the order.
Irregularities, Returns, and Compensation
The Contractor undertakes to remedy irregularities resulting from poor-quality workmanship in one of the following ways, chosen by the client:

By manufacturing a new product according to the same project at the Contractor's expense.

By manufacturing an item according to a new project of the same value.

By providing a discount toward the selection of an item for a more expensive project.

By refunding 50% of the amount paid under the contract.
The Contractor shall remedy irregularities within 30 days after confirming that they acknowledge the irregularity was their fault. The assessment of the origin of the irregularity is carried out based on a photo and video of the alleged defect sent by the client to the contractor.
Refusal of the client to accept the product delivered by the courier service, which was manufactured by the Contractor according to the client's project, is considered a breach of this contract. In this case, the Contractor is entitled to compensation in double the amount of the price of this contract.
